WELCOME TO CCM.CO.ZA

We hope that this site will offer you what the tagline says: Inspiration and resources for your walk of faith as a follower of Jesus. And if you are not (yet) a follower of Jesus, may this bring you closer to Him.
If you are new to the Bible, please read this basic introduction.
The largest section of ccm.co.za: what the Bible is, what it says, and how to use it. Contents of this section licensed for use under Creative Commons license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0
A very easy plan for reading through the Bible: one chapter a day. Why not accept the challenge and start today?
Short textual doodles on life, love, and everything else. Each rambling is only two or three paragraphs, or less, intended to be a starting point for your own exploration of faith in daily living.
Short stories about about life, love, and a lot in-between. The characters are fictional, the situations sometimes very familiar. Archangels, little boys, fugitives and rascals. Christmas stories, school days and a young man saying goodbye. Ordinary people, coming face to face with eternity. May their stories inspire you!
What if the Christmas characters could tell us their experience of that night in their own words? What would they remember? What would they tell us?
The Biblical record of the birth of Jesus, arranged as one continuous narrative.
A lot has happened during the last few weeks, mostly behind the scenes (editing, polishing, etc), but here is some new content:

BIBLE READING:
Notes for Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 & 2 Samuel, 1 & 2 Kings, 1 & 2 Chronicles, Ezra , Nehemiah , Esther, Job, and Psalms rewritten and expanded to the same format as the New Testament notes, with links to printable versions.

The Bible Reading menu has also been updated to be a more user-friendly format.

BIBLE 101:
Added Unit 10: The Prophets of the Bible. Still some polishing to be done, but the info is there!
Part of the unit is available HERE as "The Prophets of The Bible".

BIBLE STUDY:
As part of another project I am compiling Bible Study notes on the books of 1 and 2 Samuel. It will be added to the site as a new "Bible Studies" section when completed, but for now the introduction and a few chapters are available HERE, if you want to use it.

Note that extra content is no longer on different pages, but is included as a hidden pop-up text box, looking like this:    Click on it to open the extra content in a pop-up box.
